About the Role

As an Operations Associate at Zuma, you will work under the direction of the Operations Manager assisting with the day-to-day operations of the business. You will leverage data to help drive operational decisions and build tools to help execute tasks that will progress the business forward.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with operations, product, engineering, AI, and the founders on different projects both internally and externally
  • Build reports and dashboards that help the operations team perform and give insights to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Help define, understand, and improve key product and business metrics through best-in-class operations. You’re excited about the business impact of your work and can work collaboratively with key stakeholders from sales to the account management teams to improve our product and client experience
  • Own operational process improvements from ideation to business-wide rollouts and trainings
  • Assist with internal and external reporting on operational KPI’s and client metrics
  • Attend client calls to understand their asks or pain points and turn feedback into action items
  • Assist with building decks and presentations for internal & external stakeholders
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and their communities

    Requirements

    • 2-4 years experience in a fast-paced operational/analytical role
    • Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
    • Experience leveraging data to drive decision making
    • Ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems
    • Strong discovery and research skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • An owner’s mindset - entrepreneurial, driven, passionate about our mission, and have deep empathy for our customers
    • A proactive mindset - you search for areas of improvement and take on projects on your own accord

    Nice to Have

    • Experience working with Tableau
    • Experience working with JavaScript and/or Python
    • Real Estate experience, particularly in property management
